Accurate and Fun : River City Clocks Sun and North Wind Weatherball Water Barometer - 8 Inches Tall - Model # 910-100
Based on the other reviews, I was hoping this would actually work. I followed the directions on the box, which do not require any materials other than distilled water and containers to immerse the weather ball in. It appeared to be set up satisfactorily and within a couple of days, a storm came through, and water did travel up the glass tube and as expected, water went back down the tube after the weather improved. However, a day later, for no apparent reason, water shot back up the tube in good weather where it has remained, higher than where it was during the storm. So, I'm not sure what went wrong, but obviously, this weather ball is not reliable.
